In short
- Nothing illegal or harmful.
- Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not, and don’t mislead the people who watch your videos.
- Don’t spam.
- Only use media you have the rights to, and follow each stock item’s licence.
- Use free features fairly.
Illegal and harmful content
Don’t use RapidCreate to make, promote or share:
- anything illegal where you or your audience live, including content that sexually exploits children, which we report to the authorities;
- threats, harassment or content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against people because of who they are;
- content that promotes self-harm, or dangerous activities or products;
- sexually explicit content;
- private information about other people without their permission.
Impersonation and deception
- Don’t pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, or suggest they endorse you when they don’t.
- Don’t make realistic content of a real person saying or doing something they didn’t, without their permission.
- Don’t make deceptive advertising: false or unsupported claims, fake reviews or testimonials, hidden prices or conditions, or an advert that isn’t clearly an advert.
- Follow the advertising and consumer law where your audience is, and the rules of the platforms you post to. That includes labelling paid partnerships, and AI-made content where a platform or the law requires it.
Spam
Bulk and Generate are for your own publishing, not for flooding platforms. Don’t use RapidCreate to post in ways a platform treats as spam, to fake engagement, or to run misleading or duplicate accounts.
Other people’s rights
- Only upload logos, photos, videos, music and fonts you own or have permission to use.
- If a recognisable person appears in media you upload, make sure you have the permission the law requires.
- Don’t use other people’s trademarks in a way that could confuse viewers about who is behind your content.
Stock media and music
Stock footage, photos and music in the app come from Pexels, Pixabay and Openverse, each under its own licence. Follow them. In particular:
- don’t suggest that a person shown in a stock photo or video endorses your product, or show them in an offensive way;
- don’t sell or redistribute stock items on their own, unchanged;
- for music, check the licence shown in the app. Some require credit to the creator, some don’t allow commercial use or changes, and some require your finished video to carry the same licence.
Our attributions page links to each licence.
Fair use of the service
Some features are free, and some of those use our server. Keep them fair for everyone:
- Don’t create extra accounts to get around fair-use limits or a suspension.
- Don’t share, sell or rent your account.
- Don’t automate the app or call our server outside the app and the website, and don’t try to get around fair-use limits or credit charges.
- Don’t use RapidCreate as a way to get general AI access for other purposes.
- Don’t attack, overload, probe or scrape our website or server, or try to reach data that isn’t yours.
If these rules are broken
We may remove access to a feature, refuse a job, or suspend or close the account involved, as set out in our Terms of service. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.
Reporting misuse
If you see content made with RapidCreate that breaks these rules, or you think your rights have been infringed, email support@rapidcreate.io with the details and a link, and we’ll look into it.
